&lt;P&gt;However there have been plenty of toughest tracks and you'd have to pick and chose across releases. This would be completely subjective, and every time that question has been asked on this forum we've had as many different choices as posts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There was nothing particularly magical about the 40s or any other set of releases, but people will always tend to favourably remember the releases they started with.&lt;/P&gt;

Most we singles we had occasional bottom halves. I can name a few releases that we had 20 singles and 28 singles in a row. Mike went through a period with 4 pulse lower halves. You have not done squats till you have done Now we are Free Dreamgate, Send me an Angel DJ Cosmos and Small Town Boy Bronski Beat from Bodypump 24 "ouch" and Ready to Go Republica tons of bottom halves and singles.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Warmup - I liked this very uplifting track&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Squats - hard work, but Summer of 69?? - yuck yuck yuck, what are they thinking?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Chest - Needed more weight than usual so wasn't very hard - I'll load up next time&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Back - Constant clean and jerk did nothing for me - loved the row in between, guess I'll get used to it&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Triceps - constant changes meant a disjointed workout&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Biceps - loaded up here after the first few tracks and boy did I pay - excellent track and workout&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lunges&amp;nbsp; - what linnet head devised this - I'm a bloke, I'm uncoordinated ( thats the reason I do pump) crapola with a capitol C- If I wanted to do step, I'd have joined a step class - NO NO NO NO!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Shoulders - Glad I decided on a light load as this is really tough&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Abs - Loved the reverse curls - really felt these - need to do more!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Cooldown - Sober??? again NO! this should be a mellow track&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Guess a lot of these will grow on me, but the lunges have me&amp;nbsp;perplexed. Guess you can't please everyone.&lt;/P&gt;

I'm looking for efficiency and safety solutions that work&amp;nbsp;through all the transitions.&amp;nbsp;What I'm talking about is the positioning of the bar vs&amp;nbsp;bench vs&amp;nbsp;mat (hello Auckland, we don't all have carpet!) vs plates ..... vs all the other crap lying around (towel, drink bottle, other plates, risers left over from the lunge track if they haven't been put away).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To consider in your suggestions:&amp;nbsp; 1. Participants stand BEHIND their benches at our gyms. 2. They can't stand on their mats because they're not safe, yet we need to&amp;nbsp;go from standing to kneeling in the same spot. 3. Limited floor (and stage!) space. 4. Gym rules&amp;nbsp;ban packing away of weights between tracks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The only solution so far has to be pack away the risers before the lunge track. But that doesn't do much to ease the 'crap everywhere' problem in the shoulder track when there are so many transitions and different bits of gear needed in different places. And then you get the time wasters who lose&amp;nbsp;a reps because they're busy laying their towel on their mat or trying to catch their bar rolling away or repositioning because they're in someone's way.&amp;nbsp;For those doing pushups off their bench, their bar might be in the way and their mat in the wrong orientation. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can anyone paint us a mental picture or draw a diagram if you're in the same (cramped)&amp;nbsp;situation and have worked this through?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In such situations I'd replace this shoulder track pretty quickly. If you have the original from 39, use it. &lt;P&gt;1. Participants stand BEHIND their benches at our gyms. 2. They can't stand on their mats because they're not safe, yet we need to&amp;nbsp;go from standing to kneeling in the same spot. 3. Limited floor (and stage!) space. 4. Gym rules&amp;nbsp;ban packing away of weights between tracks.&lt;/P&gt;
