I think it depends on who your trainer is.
We had shuttle runs, press-ups, planks, more press-ups, side planks, more press-ups. Then we had to stand on one leg and just do roundhouses for about a minute without putting our foot down (we did get a pump bar to hold onto for balance). Also had to pair up: one person holds the bar at knee level; other person had to side kick over the bar continuously. A real mix...
