Us Canadian RPMers just got our RPM 55 kits this past week and we are itching to ride!
I just watched the masterclass DVD and I noticed that there is no video for the Bonus Track 7 Overload!!!
I was super excited for this track as its one of my fav Combat tracks.
Anyone know what happened here?? is the bonus track somewhere else on the DVD? or just no video?
bonus track .. not an alternate => no show on the dvd .
LMI had stopped including bonus tracks on the training DVDs quite a few releases ago.
If you were in the Toronto region, you could come out to the team practice, I am demo'ing that track

now THAT would be worthwhile .. it's a cracking climb
Bradley:how is it compared to the original 55 T7?
Brad, didn't you get the same release I did? I haven't checked the DVD yet, but we got the bonus track and chorey. You should be able to tell from that. Unless I don't understand what you're asking.
Yea, I got both and Chorey for both. I just wondered how the alternate & rode compared to the other. LOVE track 7.
Actually - Love the whole release.
the alternate rides really well .. and so far better feedback from classes for that than the original ..
i really like both .. and yes the whole release is really good, best for a little while !
I taught it for the second time tonight. I like T7 but don't love it. I just feel (aside from the hard core riders) the rest are not getting it and coming back to heaving climbing resistance. After that it's only one turn per, so... meh...
I see people in the front getting rushed and people in the back lollygagging. Tonight I REALLY emphasized it too. We'll see what tomorrow morning brings, oh wait... it already is tomorrow morning for some of you.

Yeah, I agree with you. Maybe, the best Last one was 51.
Mine, and particularly my road riding men who frequent two of my classes.LOVE 7.Both formats.
The newbies have many opportunities, as coached, to breath when they need..join back in when they can.
