Hello LM Family!
At my club, we have a class called the Ultimate Workout. It consists of a 90 minute workout that begins with 45 minutes of BodyCombat followed by 45 minutes of BodyPump. I and another instructor teach this class with great success!
Recently, I reversed the order of the class (i.e. BodyPump followed by BodyCombat) just to add some spicey variety to the class. This was done as an experiment. However, I was quickly told to not change the order of the class again or else....
Personally, I like doing the class with B/P followed by B/C. I also have heard from a few participants that they also would like this type of class order. However, it's very difficult to convince my leaders on why this is preferred.
Any suggestions?
