Corporate Class for 60 people - they loved it!

    Hi everyone,

Our club offers corporate classes (www.vclub.com.au) and last week I gave a Balance class to 60 stressed out corporates who have never done it before.

They loved it. Apart from some inital sniggers and tough-talk from the blokes,  they all left feeling and looking refreshed. I didn't offer many of the advanced options, as they struggled with the basics, but I was so proud that they gave it a go.

60 people is a tough job, when I am used to  half the amount, but I got such a buzz from it, and I am hoping my boss (Michelle Dean) will give me more in the future. It was AMAZING.

So, if you ever get asked to  give such a class, always say yes! It is hard work, as you seem to be explaining, correcting and coaching a lot more... but in return you get great energy back and feel like you've really helped people.

Enjoy work everyone, we are very lucky people to do what we do!

Wow that sounds fabulous, and you are so lucky working for Michelle Dean! I used to be an aerobics oz style fanatic and always loved it when she presented.

Let's hope you get lots more of the corporate classes!

Oh, how I admire you to have such an opportunity!

But, is this legal under gym-LMI rules?

    Hey CC,

They were all paying members of V Club, and we are licensed to take Bobdy Balance, I am certified, so yes it's within the rules.

Just like when you have a Pump or Attack class that attracts 60 people. (Also an amzing experience by the way)

    Hi Nicky,

Working for Michelle Dean is amazing.

She's so full of raw energy, I have no idea how she does it!!!

Unfortunately though, I am leaving Asutralia to live in Switzerland with my husband, and this week is my last week at V Club. I'm still suffering glandular fever, and therefore am not allowed to do any exercise, but I will be saying goodbye to my loyal pumpers and balancers this week.

With me gone, there'll be a lot of classes to cover... so if you live in Sydney, why not drop off your CV to Michelle?

All the best, and wish me luck obtaining work in Zurich (not sure if my german is good enough!)

    Greetings from Taiwan!

Sorry to hear you are illed, and have to leave for the World'd Money Central.  It must be lots of emotions and may be that's why your subconsciousness is protesting your body?

I never met Michelle, but from the DVD she is a high-energy person, kind of like an all 7-Chakaras-enlighted being.  I like her and the power she delivers.

May be I should sent her my CV to get a job in Aussie.  But, is there a good living place for a foreigner?

have a good day, and Do come back to classes when you can!

    Hi Lara,

Good luck in Switzerland. A couple of our friends moved to Switzerland about a year ago as one of them is a diplomat and is working for the English ambassador and they love it.

I live in England so a bit far too commute! Would have loved to go to Australia for a a while, but my other job is as an accountant and I've just set up my own practice which is going really well, so I'm settled here for now.

Let us know how it goes!

    Nicky. x
