    Agree.

Three times a week will give maximum results while still allowing enough rest time. Alternating with RPM would complement  BP nicely if you want to keep up the cardio work.

Personally I'd take at least one rest day a week otherwise you are at risk of overdoing it.

I reckon 3 is optimal, occaisionally I might do 4.

You're doing BP twice a day?  I'd like to suggest you bring it down to once a day, every other day and add some weight to your barbell.

I'm with Geezermama, cut back from two a day.  Two a day will get you injured, heck one a day every day will get you injured.  Three maybe four times a week is perfect.  Keep with the cardio and have a long healthy life.

take at least 1 to 2 day(s) for recovery after/in between every pump class when you first start taking the class
