Hi guys,
Need some advice. I've been teaching Attack since 48 and recently leap forward lunges are causing me some major pain in my right knee. The pain happens when I land the lunge and only is in the knee. Side of the knee to be precise and heads up the leg. Its incredibly sharp (and at times have nearly sworn out loud) and then stops the moment I do any other move.
Plyo's, jax, tucks are all fine causing no discomfort at all - its just the leap forward lunges.
I am seeing my physio on Tues but am releasing 60 sat morn and track 4 has leap lunges (obviously I'll show them and then go to a step knee option for myself). Any ideas what it can be? i have incredibly tight ITB at the moment and wondered if that is pulling on my knee - but am stumped as what it is and how to stop it.
Need Attackers advice please
