Just roll them after they're washed and secure them with a rubber band (because you all roll them with the velcro on the inside and the thumb loop on the outside to make them easier and quicker to put on properly, tightly and quickly, don't you?)
Why iron when you don't need to?
Actually, I only wear wraps for classes where I'm making contact with a bag, so it's sort of more significant to get good wrist-support and knuckle-protection in that case than it is in BC, hence my being keen to be able to wrap well quickly.
