Hi everybody!!!
I'm doing bodycombat, bodypump and RPM for 2 months. I train 4 times a week, 1 or 2 bodycombat,1 or 2 RPM and 1 bodypump. I'm starting to feel better and better but I'm wondering if i will grow stronger not only more athletic with this kind of training. Should I do more Pump? More times a week? More times a day? Less cardio more dumbells?
