Is this training enought?

    Is this training enought?

    Hi everybody!!!

    I'm doing bodycombat, bodypump and RPM for 2 months. I train 4 times a week, 1 or 2 bodycombat,1 or 2 RPM and 1 bodypump. I'm starting to feel better and better but I'm wondering if i will grow stronger not only more athletic with this kind of training. Should I do more Pump? More times a week? More times a day?  Less cardio more dumbells?

    If you are new to fitness that's good to start; probably want to do pump more than once a week, preferably 2 to 3 times a week, definitely at least 1 day between and then cardio 3 to 5 days a week. If you can handle working out for 2 hours try combining pump with a cardio right afterwards 2 to 3 days a week and then cardio alone the other days. Good luck!!
