    Re: Body Attack Challenge,

They are in your training manual. Be careful, these are intended for instructors...we were told that we should only use challenges for instructor training.

    cheers

Yeah i would like to see the bodyflow challenge again. I just took the module 2 weeks ago and it was one of the best parts.

Congrats on completing Bodyflow training...we just had Flow training at our gym, what a great program.  Yes the challenges are always the best part :)

I'm curious what are they, and why are they for instructors only?

    Re: Body Attack Challenge,

for my knowledge Body Attck Challenge is the 6-week period offered at some gyms (our had it this year) to participants. Instructions were at BA54.

The challenge made at the instructor base training is meant to push the soon-to-be instructors to the limits, to see how much one can do/endure, one idea is to find out what the participant is feeling when she/he is pushing the limits in her/his trainging at BA class. And basically the challenge is our (instructors) level 4, you know what I'm talking about if you were at last quarterlies. I don't see why it couldn't be done for participants as well, as long as safety is concidered -> at your own risk, gym is not liable if you injure yourself when pushing too hard.
