I am a pump instructor and would like to organise a 'Pump XL Special' (up to 2 hrs Pump) in my gym. Can anybody give recommendation/have experience on ideal length of such a class (no drop outs, please); which tracks/muscle groups to repeat (not the same musik of course, but twice the muscle group) and the order of sequence (finish each muscle group completely or recovery and repeat later)...I thought of finishing the big muscle groups first (squats, chest, back and repeat these). Than moving to the small muscles, same procedure. lunges only once. Abdominals 2 tracks (with different excersizes) right after each other. 1x warm up, 1x cool down...what do you think?
