Hi I am traveling to Amsterdam in the last weakend of October, but I wonder about where is the biggest gym and greatest instructers in the city? I wish some recomandations from the members in Amsterdam.

Hi,

we have an amazing BodyJam instructor at Fitness First "de Kolk" in Amsterdam. Her name is Rose and she gives a a class at 12.00 on saturdays and 20.30 on mondays. She's got some great moves and creates an incredible vibe in the class. I'm in her class every chance i get (which is more or less twice every week!). For what it's worth, i'm an instructor myself (BodyCombat), so i know what i'm talking about...kinda...

I'm actually moved by the words you wrote... But yeah, we sort of try to make each class into a party and it really helps to have fantastic participants who are willing to go crazy and give it their all...

Thanks to both of you!!!! I am arraiving Amsterdam at wedensday and returning home at Monday. But I get an ather reccomandation fro the Combat-forum, club marnix. Do you know about it?

Didnt know you were on this forum too... Btw u991706: for combat you can always join my class at the same fitness first gym (thursdaynight at 20.30)!! I know club Marnix and heard some good things about it (never been there myself though). hey, why not try both gyms??  :)

Yeah, Lisardo's Combat totally rocks!! I'm ususally there too to join in the mayhem ;)

Fitness First's conveniently located a mere 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Central Station...

I understand. But I am not shoure I make them both... I make the BodyJam, but the Combat-class is after I have traveled home.... The location sound great to Do you have any photos from the gym? The hollyday is not ment to be a training camp. But both program are great. Special the new one.
