new symbol in 68 chorey notes

Does anyone know what the little symbol in the upper right corner of the chorey notes means?  A black square with a red outlined circle and one or two dashes or a plus sign? Hmm

I'm taking it as weight selection compared to the "normal" weight.  Possibly added to assist instructor training as visual representation adds to memory retention.

Two bars ("=") meaning same weight

One bar ("-") meaning less weight

Plus sign ("+") meaning more weight

     Does this sound fair?
