    Les Mills.

Interested to see how often do you sign into lesmills.com on a weekly basis & view the forums, particpate in them etc.

Last week I found myself on at least two times a day (for at least an 40 minutes at a time) :-|.

Addicted? lol.Or maybe I gotta take up more classes or something? hehe.

    Re: Les Mills.

Depends on how busy my semester is (grad student).  If I'm in a quiet part of the semester, in between semesters, or around when I get new releases (next week!), I am on more often. Or like right now, when I am procrastinating. I usually check in at least once a week, just to see what's going on.

Facebook, on the other hand....now there's an addiction problem. Especially the LM groups on FB. Embarrassed

Why don't we start a Les Mills Facebook group.  If somebody starts one, let me know and I'll join it!!  Of Maybe I will start one instead.  Try the Mousehunt on facebook. Crazy addicting!!

    Re: Les Mills.

I check almost everyday and sometimes up to three times a day.  It just depends on how much free time I have, then I move on to facebook, turnstep and lesmillstalk plus my three (1 personal and 2 work) email accounts

    Re: Les Mills.

I'm a stay at home mom with both kids in school, so I am on this site way, way, way too much!

But, I have learned new things and picked up on a few good cues to use, so it is useful!  I like to see who thinks the same way as me and also like to see things from the flip side too!  This is a major part of my life, learning new releases, creating mixes and refreshing technique cues so my peeps will still listen to me and not just cruise on auto pilot!

Don't regret doing anything that made you smile!!

Mousehunt? I don't know what that is but I have SERIOUS issues with Word Twist.

I love the Facebook LM groups (of which, as you have found, there are a bunch(. They tend to be quite active & I've noticed people aren't as quick to fight as they are on these forums...Surprise On Myspace however, I don't think anyone has posted a single thing in maybe a year. I was posting sizzlers for awhile but gave up when I finally heard the echo in the room.

    Re: Les Mills.

Hmmm, I'm on here a couple of times a day - got a bit more free time on my hands so it keeps me out of trouble and off the streets......

Speaking of keeping out of trouble I really should wander down to the gym and see if there's a free studio there - covered a pump class last night and it wasn't good - duff stereo so really struggled to follow the beat (even very experienced instructors struggle in there) and a very unfriendly group (they're used to having a national trainer teach that class so I guess I was a major disappointment).

I keep forgetting to wander over to group fitness and I'm also a member of some Les Mills groups on Facebook but keep forgetting about those too.....

    Re: Les Mills.

I feel for you on subbing. That's gotta be the hardest! I've got a nat'l trainer as one of my instructors, and she rocks! But someone subbing for her...it's tough to live up to the best! LOL! We try to be respectful, though. I hope they weren't rude. Don't think people ever should be...it's not your fault you're not the regular teacher, you know?
