I'm not even thinking about 69 yet - did my training on 67 (and will be filming the video shortly) ,have just learnt 68 and am thinking that I'll need to learn some of 66 just to avoid boring participants senseless with only 2 releases....I'm not sure my tiny brain can cope with all that (on top of a couple of combat releases)!
Seriously though, I need some sort of plan for 69 - I'm an aussie in the UK and head back down under for a visit at the end of Feb. It'd be handy to have the music, or at the very least the DVD seeing as I'll have 24 hours on a plane each way (and I can irritate the people next to me by saying things like knees and squeeze, abs engaged, shoulders back etc etc
)
