Ok so what is the deal with guys wearing short shorts in Balance? Or even girls for that matter. At workshop yesterday there were 2 guys in front of me wearing tiny shorts and I saw WAY too much. Do people not understand that your legs are apart in certain poses????

That's why you have to wear the Magical Undergarments of Protection (i.e. boyshorts or "manties," if you will). I usually wear boxer briefs- don't need any rude bits to take the breeze . Happy Baby is the worst- it screams "Open for Business!" 

I saw that too...

One was wearing the Nike Pro shorts that I thought were underwear... I think they are! I know they are!!

I normally wear longer shorts and tuck in all the bits safely... but they get a little squished in cow face posed in #45.

I always give the male option for cow faced and tell them why and they all laugh at me and think I'm crazy (well they think I'm crazy anyway but this just adds to it)

Oh, come on, they have already stripped Davd naked on the top in BB 41, why can't we wear shorts?  And, aren't we all have lots of gay and *** showing off as much as they can in class?  Some times I find it wonderfully blended with other "normal" dressed participants.

 

Got any female perspectives?  May be they love it?!

 

Jsut kidding..... I know how "unbalanced" the view is in a class like that.

Just to add at least one, if not two stories. One about a member ( settle down team, settle down )..who comes to all classes wearing the SHORTEST and poorest excuse for clothing..(tanorexic too )..and in one of my BP ( I know, not BB..but imagine this..)..I was positive she had green shorts with a pink line..WRONG!!!! Green shorts only.

 

Scarred for life I am.

 

In fact, I shan't share the next story for fear of rocking in the corner....my eyes my eyes!!!

I cannot!  What does it means that "she wears green shorts only".   Pictures, please?!

This is getting hot.   Does an yone of you ever been harrassed by those members who try to seduce you or impress you in class?  Will you ever get distracted by them?  And, should we just reject them or accept and enjoy?

 

 

 

 

 

No worse...a fellow instructor (in combat) actually wore an odd sort of gym shorts -wide and flarry and wayyyy too short- when roundhousing towards us she revealed a little too much for all of our tastes and since I  cannot look at her the same way. I am branded for life with some horrible images......

This leaves me lots of room for imaginzation.  Was that because you've seen something you dislike, or you *do*  like but never been able to see, or,....

Reminds me of my ETM course - the other guy and I got warned to wear long-ish shorts to avoid any Friends "hey buddy this is a family restaurant, put the mouse back in the house" type episodes.
