Ok i finished my video sent it and am waiting to hear back for them..... so I would like to go ahead and start looking at back releases so I can use different music.  We just started pump at our club and the members and instructors are ready for something other tham 69.  We trained right before 70 was release nad will soft release it soon.  can you look at the songs before you buy them and is there a best of ???

You can buy back releases on this website. Go to the instructor tab and you should see an option for back releases under the store. I will warn you though once they sell out they are gone so I wouldn't anticipate finding many and would buy any that they have while you can. It usually does not list the songs and there is no best of (if only...). Also here in the US we can only buy from our distributor - meaning I can only buy from LMSE (I guess in TX you are in LMSC?).  So what is available in my region may be different than what is in your region.

You can Google the Body Pump release number and find websites that give the track lists.

i am exactly in your position, and was only able to buy what was available through les mills this week which is release 65 - 68 ( as i already have done 69 and 70) and you cant go back further than that.

 

just ring les mills number if you dont want to go online order, and if you want to look at old releases and all of the tracks you can go to a site called "totallylesmills.com.au and it will list every release and song which is really easy to locate and read. this is an independent site all about les mills and sometimes can be helpful with a little bit of extra information if you are like me new to all of this and want to know as much as i can ........
