    BodyVive 13

Here is the sizzler of BodyVive 13 #

BODYVIVE™ 13 has a sporty feel with simple choreography that will make your class get the most out of their workout. Have fun with the new Boxing moves in Track 5 and look out for the new back exercise for GREAT POSTURE in Track 8. Play That Funky Music and build strong legs with the Squat & Hamstring Curl Combo in Track 2. Track 3 is a real classic – Earth, Wind & Fire’s September. Have fun with the Disco moves that will lift the intensity to new heights. Get ready to stride across the room in the empowering Track 4! The anthem No More Tears (Enough Is Enough) will push you through the Squat with VIVE™ ball throw. Extend and lengthen your body and enjoy the poses, before getting down with the Balance & Leg Strength exercises to Five’s If Ya Gettin’ Down in Track 7. The combination of one-legged balance work and upper body resistance will really challenge your class to push their limits. Track 9 is all about getting sexy hips! Push through the resistance of the VIVE™ tube to Justin Timberlake’s SexyBack. Lisa Stansfield’s classic This Is The Right Time will take you through the Ab Strength Track. Single and Double Leg Extensions are in the house! The options are there if you need them. Track 11 features Pushups – for the first time ever in a BODYVIVE™ release! Using the VIVE™ ball, you’ll work at your own intensity level. The Bow & Arrow using the VIVE™ tube will work your upper back and build a strong posture. Then Release & Restore to the beautiful words of Because You Loved Me.

Wow! Thanks for the sizzler! It sounds awesome! BV just keeps getting better and better. I can't think about 13 yet, our club launches 12 this weekend and I'm cramming to get it perfect.

Did you get to go to the filming in NZ? Lucky you if that is the case.Smile

    Keep on Viving!

I can't wait to try 'Funky Music'!! We're still waiting to launch BV 12 in our club (we had 5 just go through training and gave extra time for us to perfect BV11 & send our videos.)

Just sent my video in last week and it's at LM now so I'm able to start learning! I'm really looking forward to perfecting my Vive classes and having some fun with my participants!

Would'nt it be cool to go to NZ? I'm from the US. My husband lived in NZ for 3 years when he was young. He would love to go with me. Maybe someday...

Is 13 autoshipped in France? or are you lucky to have gone to a quarterly?

    I'm off to Vive class

I'm proud to say that I was in the front row for the BV13 filming, and it is a fantastic release! A lot of challenges, but also some things made easier with heaps of options to raise the intensity! So much fun!! Big Smile

Hey thanks Tiger for the BV13 preview. Have finished with 12 now and am mixing like a crazy woman. Can't wait for 13!!

How lucky to be front row for the filming, Jam Frog.  One day I'll get there....One year all of us on the forum should meet up at a filming. Perhaps BV 25!  Now wouldn't that be a blast!

    Re: BodyVive 13

I'm really torn by this release...

The music is GREAT, but I think some of the chorey is AWFUL!!!

I'm a massive advocate of Body Vive and try to find the best in every release, but, apart from the Rise and Shine track, I think tracks 2-5 SUCK...

Second half is much better though! As we are now encouraged not to mix and match, Vive 13 won't be lasting very long :-(

    Re: BodyVive 13

Paul, have you got the DVD already? Our quarterly isn't til Nov 22nd and I thought we were one of the early ones!

Good to have honest feedback-we can't always love it all I suppose. It'll be interesting to see what everyone else thinks as the QW's come and go. Thank goodness BV 10-12 were such great releases (IMO) so lots to fall back on if needed.

I love the fact that Track 5 has some elements of BodyCombat in there! I reckon that was great thinking on the part of Susan to have that Smile. Makes it quite different to the Fitness Cardio tracks of past BV releases.

All in all though, I also think there has been something of a recent campaign to make the chorey a bit easier in BV, and this release has born some of the fruits of it. Whether it continues like this remains to be seen, but I personally loved it when I did it in Auckland, and I think the members will love it as well.

And still on the topic of the chorey, you will be seeing some very interesting things done with the Vive tube, particularly in the Upper Body and Back tracks. I know that my back was aching for days after doing that Back track for the first time, so I can just imagine how my members will go with this.

Oh man, at the filmings when they had BP72 and BV13 filmed back to bag, I was a big wobbling mess afterwards, I was worked so hard!
