Hey Pumping People,

on the 61 DVD the intsructors wear a shoe from Nike. If i'm right, it's one of the Nike Free Models.

Does someone knows which Models this is they're wearing ? Nike Free 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 ????

Hi Arne,

I think it's 5.0. Got a pair at eBay. Feel not really comfortable for squats. But perfect shoe for BS.

Oh i thought they were the nike plus moires ..

Cause i was gonna create my own pair in similar colours on the nike id website..
