Body Combat- Tracks & cue sheet dowloads

so I am thinking...why am I paying to be on autoship when my members are messaging me on social networks telling me what the tracklists are for the newest releases.....since we are 2 behind here in the U.S. it seems....others are making the tracks  and some of the choreography available on the internet ....anyone feel differently....this is going to soon change the "launch" pad feel....there will not be anymore excitement, curiosity....etc....we never make any of this available to members until launch day....but recently a member (who LOVES combat so much..) just gave me the entire track listing ......kinda annoys me  really.....it costs me $$ each quarter....anyone?

There was a similar thread some time ago..

My opinion is : I understand that this situation spoils the big surprise

but these tracklists are wide spread on Internet long time before it is launched in US and it's 'just' a  tracklist.. It won't reveal any moves, cues, choreo in it.. so nothing harmful...

Maybe, you should tell your passionate BC participant who have that tracklist in advance to keep for him and not to share it.. (hard sometimes to convince and to do..)Smile

You are paying for Autoship to get the choreography, the proper mixes of the music and the education included in your kit. (Not to mention having the correct high quality copyrighted music on the CD). Legality and morality of it alone should be reason enough for you to keep getting auto ship.

Also Just because they have the track list doesn't mean they know the exact version of the song being used.  Some of the songs for LesMills programs are completely unique mixes for Les Mills so just knowing what songs they are doesn't mean you have the exact same version. I think them knowing what is coming sometimes just help to hype up the next release.  They can look forward to the music and seeing what remix it is and such, when I was just a participant I always had the track list and saw some of the upcoming choreo online. It still made me just excited when I got to launch time. I'm actually glad they have stopped the choreo from leaking before hand, but the music I think is great, makes me wonder how they will choreograph the song.

it seems the choreography notes and the videos of Rach , Dan and crew are also available . .but have not seen the newest releases, except the track list....not sure if that includes the remix, etc.. LM versions...oh well...

With the internet the way it is these days members will always find a way to get tracklists etc if they want to.... i have found that it has never really taken away from the actual launch because mainly, if someone is that much of a fanatic about the classes... do you really think they are gonna miss the launch just because they know what songs are in it?? :)

Certainly on Ebay for older versions. I don't see either the new releases.

That being said, the fact to reveal a tracklist can trigger curiosity and then the new participants will come to a class they never try and your class for example, etc. So it's a win-win situation for me.

I agree with others, the tracklists being available just adds to the excitement of the release as it's always nearly impossible to hear the LMI specific remix, it's when classes are filmed on the new release appearing on youtube which takes away the excitement.

I certainly agree with your response the most.  If your that into it than the excitement will still be fresh, especially @ the launch, becasue after all ~  you go to get better, not just stay the same.  & what if the instructor is having a bad day or something U will know the correct way becasue you will have already seen it properly done.
