I am super excited and looking forward to the Super Q in Poughkeepsie, NY on August 23. Can't wait!! Flow education session with Dr. Jackie Mills on Friday 8/22, the Q on Saturday 8/23, then staying for the after party. Hope to see you all there.

Everyday I am reminded how blessed we are to touch and impact so many lives through fitness. It's an honor to share my passion for the LM programs with everyone!

I have been active all of my life always doing something from gymnastics as a child to cheerleading throughout Jr. and Sr. high school, then jumping into aerobic classes and weight training after that.
In 1998 I finally got the courage to get my primary aerobic cert. and my personal training cert. I started teaching freesyle classes immediately and loved it.
I was introduced to Les Mills in December of 2000 with a BodyPump training. Loved it!!! Then BodyFlow in June 2004, and lastly RPM in September 2004. Now all of the classes I currently teach are Les Mills. My favorite class to teach/take is BodyFlow. From day one I was completely hooked and is a huge passion of mine. My hope is to one day become a Les Mills trainer for BodyFlow and help to share this amazing class to people all over the US.
When I am not teaching classes, I am a full time stay-at home mom. I love being with my 2 kids(1 girl, 1 boy), my husband, and of course can't forget the family dog. My family is my passion and priority in life. They are amazing and always supportive in what I do. My husband ......couldn't ask for anything more!
A huge thank you to all the trainers, instructors and presenters who have inspired me to be my best!! Connecting together and sharing our strengths to become one tribe is AWESOME! Lots of Love to all in the LM family!
