April '07.

Hi Everyone,

I've been instructing for approximately 25 years. When I first started there was no choreography just good old freestyle, infact classes were so freestyle all we did was run and jump and very little else.

I've been leading Les Mills classes for approximately 8 years starting with BodyStep followed by BodyPump and then BodyBalance and would like to train in BodyVive in the near future.

My favourite program has got to be BodyStep followed closely by BodyBalance and then BodyPump. I enjoy leading classes as much today as when I first started probably even a little more as I'm far more relaxed and confident now and don't beat myself up when I make mistakes.

Feel free to leave a message or just say hi, or add me to your friend list, promise I will reply!

Dare to be different! Never ever give up! Always be the best you can!

Thanks Connie!!! Congrats on passing Vive!!! That is always a great relief to get the results back! Do you teach all 4 formats? Doesn't your head hurt when you get your releases? HAHA! Hope things are well with you!!!

Hey Connie

Sorry I haven't been in touch lately...

Congrats on passing your Vive assessment!

I'm doing my Vive module AGAIN this weekend - not cos I need too (was certified over a year ago as you know!), but I really wanted to get some inspiration and freshen up on my skills!!!

Then I'm off to do Jam module at the start of August!

How's things going with you?

Doesnt sound to difficult i was just worried more on the fitness magic assessment section u could call it, coz ive seen some instructors who ace this area and then theres me that well i dont think ive got it yet... My voice is probably gonna be an issue, im very soft when i speak even when im yelling its still soft (the mic cut out on me yesterday and back row could barely hear me - whilst i was 'yelling' it out) dont no how to be "louder" when the other instructor i was teaching with got on without the mic b4 we changed its battery she could be heard.....
the 3 main things such as technique, cheorry and coaching i can work on till i can do it backwards so if they are more concerned with that then i guess ill be fine....
