Started back running this weekend. Can't believe it's been 2 months off! So I did 20km yesterday and Step today. OMG.... I'm sure it will get easier....

http://www.totalsport.co.nz/events/volcano/index.php ... it's going to be awesome!

Body Step module done and dusted. What a cool experience (minus the 100 or so press ups I got for being a dumb ass).

Trailwalker complete... Den and I finished the 100km. Its taken 2 months to recover, but worth every blister!

I am so excited to hear you love the release - can't wait to see it myself! Any helpful hints about what to be ready for would be much appreciated!!!! :)

Thanks for checking in - can't wait to meet you next month. Really looking forward to seeing the country.

Sounds like you're quite the runner - when you wrote that you "took off" for a couple of months and then just went out and ran 20 kms - wow. Impressive. I would have died. ha ha

See you soon - Jo

Amy,

It was so great to hear from another tall Stepper! I always joke that I look so silly doing step because I am about a foot (over 30 cm) taller than most of my fellow instructors. Are you always the tallest instructor in New Zealand as well? I've been to several Quarterlies at various locations in the US, and I always tower above the others (even the men)!

Tall Girls Rule!
