How are you now me sweet, hope you feeling better, meself was off to Blackpool for the week, but, it was quite guff if I'm honest!!!
Howver, went to combat last night, did the new release which was amaaaaaaaaaazzzzzzzing, lovvvvve the mua thai track its the best for ages!!!!
Hopefully nice weather for weekend, have a good one luvly Bev!!!

Well, it's all about the 4th today & I'm rambling on about 7's! Happy 4th of July!!
Got up and met some friends for a 40 mile bike ride this AM. Had my iaugural spill trying to clip out at the last min at a light. My bruised ego hurt more than my skinned knee - Funniest thing to watch, said my so-called friends - I was upright at a perfect standstill one min & then - splat! there I was on the pavement. I was the only one w/no sense of humor about it!!
We thought we'd beat the crowds by starting early, but it was already getting pretty crazy outside. The local beaches and parks are already full in anticipation of the fireworks shows this PM. We will be viewing the harbor fireworks from a friends house w/the perfect panoramic view on a bluff. Me thinks a nice cool bath w/a tall glass of ice water, and maybe even a nap, will help me cool down & re-energize for tonight's party! I know...another party. Always something to celebrate!

Ahh, mystery meat soup, things that should go in the bin, but we just can't bear to launch. So we make soup, or sometimes mince with everything(or anything)in. Flavoursome, wholesome and full of comic value.........
Crap I'm 40 next week, how the hell did that happen, I was sure I was still 24. I still wait for people to tell me what to do.......
Problem is they're waiting for me to tell them what to do now! Must be the grey hairs!

BOOOOOOOM! I'm back.
It's not my unbirthday till Wednesday, so ther'll be no uncelebrations till then and maybe not then either.......

What's knacker soup and is it that bad on the rebound?
You should not be allowed near pipework and chemicals unless it's someone elses house!

Well...We're having a baby!!!!!????? How grown up is that? I was planning to go back to university in Plymouth in September to study Physiotherapy, but fell pregnant in February. I'm due on the 4th of November.
I left Tone Leisure just before Christmas to go and work at Esporta, but it was shocking so I left! At the moment I am just do a temporary job and still teaching all my classes. Finding it tough though, think I might have to drop a couple. I just want to sleep all the time. The plan is to have the baby, take some time off and then just freelance.

Coming back to the UK for the Summer. Ooops, too late. You missed it. It was yesterday between 2:15pm and 4:20 pm.
Here comes the rain again.
How's 36 going? Going down a storm here and it's great not to have to keep a mix plus new stuff in the head -- Phew!
