1. I was as a road cycle racer between the ages of 11 and 18. I was invited and trained for the British Cycling Federation GB youth squad. A bad road race crash kept me off the bike for 1 year so it wasn’t meant to be!! Rode 2 years of mountain bike racing later in my life also.

2. Been married twice and divorced twice!!! Guess I can't settle down!

3. I trained in Tae Kwon Do martial art for 23 years! I taught my own school for 11 years. LM classes now take up most of my time now though!

4. I once demonstrated Tae Kwon Do live on the digital TV channel SKY Sports!

5. I played in a rock band as lead guitarist for 15 years!

6. Favourite place to travel to in the world (at the moment!) is Florida! Big kids playground!
