There are two major muscles in the calves. You can stretch the gastrocemius the usual standing against the wall way. The soleus is best stretched doing seated calf raises.
There is probably a "seated calf raise machine" in your free weight area. Try it AFTER class, it can do wonders for sore calves. Rex
