Hey there! I definitely started from scratch! I went to a bodyjam class not knowing what to expect, and loved it! I did it for a month or so and decided I wanted to instruct....I could barely walk after the training!!!!! My ankles were swollen like mad!!!!! So did you find a place in co to teach? I started out in Iowa and now I'm in Kansas, having trouble finding a gym close to me:(

Yeah, really sucks! We were practicing for the Launch and maybe 30 seconds before the last song ended I jumped a little too high into a back turn and landed wrong! I will still be at the launch, but just to watch and run the music. Are you still planning on coming?

8:00-5:00 we are launching ALL of the Les Mills programs new music. I think it starts with Body Step, then Attack and so on. Jam is at 11:00. So if you're interested in any of the other programs, you could stick around. I'll probably end up doing Combat, Flow, and possible Pump if there's room.
Well, if nothing else, I'll see you on the 12th.

Hey! Thanks so much for coming to my class! Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you...finals week and all. I'm so glad you came! So what did you think? You'll have to come back down for the #43 launch on Sat Jan 12th at 11:00. We are doing a "Super Launch" so we will be launching ALL of the program's new music that day. From 8:00-5:00 it will be all Les Mills programs! Should be lots of fun! Hope you can make it!

Hey Amy...
We are launching Jam tomorrow night at Racine. Should be a blast! But we are not doing classes Thur because of Thanksgiving... and were not offering Jam Fri or Sat! Im so sorry, most of the Jam team is going to be out of town for the Holiday! Wish I could see you.

Hey Girl,
I know it's short notice, but I'm filming my Body Jam class tomorrow for my video, so if you can find a way to make it down, that would be AWESOME!! It's at noon at the Fort Collins Pulse. Let me know if you can come! IF not that Saturday class if mine from now on, so if you can't make it tomorrow, maybe you could come some other weekend?

Well it sucks that you can't come down this week, but congrats on getting a job (even if its only temp)
Anyway, yes I will be teaching the Saturday classes. This week I'm teaching the second half of #41 and if all goes well (fingers crossed) that class might turn out to be mine permanently! I know for sure that the last week of Sept. I'm going to film my video, so if you want to come to that, that would be awesome! Well let me know! IF nothing else...it's really nice chatting with you!
Have faith...you will do Jam again!

Well I can't wait to see you! I really hope you can make it! I may or may not be teaching the whole release on Friday, but I know for sure that I'm doing the first half on Wednesday and the second half on Friday!
