Thanks for the message!!!! Thats Carol...she knows everyones birthday. I'm glad 46 went well. I really liked 4. We aren't launching 46 until october...Some big event at one of the 5 gyms the owners have...it's a long time to wait but not much we can do about it. Hope all is well there..maybe one day I'll make it to visit

Yes! That was me in the front row in Body Jam 46! One of the instructors here told me that I appear a bit in the DVD, a tad unnerving, since I'll never get to see it myself, doh!
I just hope I look good ;-)

i do agree with u, our gym also require jam instructors as people leave. at the moment the jam class is bit boring as some of the instructor is doing a really bad remix which end up at times having low impact class. but it fine for me as i know nearly all the jam releases steps so i make it for myself a high impact if i dont go overboard lol
have fun with ur classes and hope to attend one of ur classes in future.

hi gail haven't done the completed my final day as les mills changed their policy on the final presesntation to 2 days attendance so have to change my mind of not doing yet. I still have to do the final day presentation. well if u interested to do team teach contact the gym i am attending as they are lokking for jam instructors - Aqua Fit
