Fit for Life 24 opened it's new facility off of Evans Steet in early February of 2007. We currently are licensed to teach BodyStep, BodyPump, and BodyAttack. BodyStep, and especially BodyPump, are the most popular and most consistently attended classes at the facility.

ALLISOOOONNNNN (and FFL24!)!!!!!!! I miss you too! I miss everybody! I'm glad to hear that things are good there. The internship is great-I'm getting good exposure and learning a lot, but I think I like little old Greenvilee, the SRC and Fit For Life better - HONESTLY!! I plan to come back and find a job there when I'm done. Most of the good stuff is in Raleigh or Durham, so the search is on for something closer. Tell EEEEVVVERYONE I said hello and I miss "home" bunches. I got about a month or so left now, so I'll see you soon!!!
