BODYCOMBAT™

I will always remember the first time I stepped into a Body Combat class as a participant all those years ago. The program was brand new, release #1, and I was hooked. Stayed as participant for a number of years until I finally trained on BC25.

Nothing beats standing on stage and inspiring all those people in front of me. It's the most important thing to fuel my body, as well as my mind, to stay at the top of my game all other days.

Right now I'm looking forward on attending the 2nd round of filmings in May 2008.
