SO NY totally AWESOME. Rach in combat made me cry did track 8 and cooldown in combat without a mic. So I totally tried it in Attack it is not to easy but I said a few words. It was awesome. I want to do it again. Met several new people and another gym that is close to me met them in the front row. PUMP OVER 700 people and I was dead center front row!!!!
Loved seeing Missouri chicks. Makes me feel home sick. Just for the GYM!!!! Combat is not her just yet. We are licence to teach it now. I am teaching it 4 times next week. One of are girls listened to me when I said this is the one to train on and she did so she has to team teach.
So Step is killing my knee I broke several years ago so as soon as we get Combat I am letting Step go. I am trying to get one of the gyms that I teach step in to change the classes to Attack. Much better choice on my knee!!! LOVE THE NEW RELEASES they are all wonderful.Well talk to you soon Chica.

So My friend here I talked her into doing the combat training. She is going to be great . I am hoping that gives us enough people to BRING IT ON!!! They are suppose to have a cert here in the fall but I do not think the GFM has even looked into it. They just had a BOBO Turbo cert. All they do is the master class some form work and go home they are cert. No teaching no filming thats it. It is LAME anyways. But that makes it more Lame. Hope all is good. Keep looking for Jam trainings you will rock the HOUSE!!!

Hey update your profile. You have been teaching now for almost a year!!! Time flys when IT ROCKS !!!!! Hope you are doing well. We are getting ready to Launch now. Practicing BIG time this week. I feel I don't get time to sit and veg out. 17 classes and practice. I need a vacation. By the way have a good one. I wish I could come and see you even for a few hrs:) I would probably cry. But in a good way.

Hey Kathy,
I was on vacation and had PUMP training, but don't worry you'll be seeing me because I'm going to beg you to teach in your classes and give me feedback.
It was so much fun! That challenge was insane. I definitely pushed my body to the edge.
Maybe one day I'll have a class, but definitely give me a call if you ever need a sub.
