Hi,
I have been a fitness instructor for 14 years and got introduced to the LMI programs when the Goodlife Fitness Clubs came to Newfoundland.I was blown away by these Bodysystems and fell head over heels for them.So you can say we have a "love relationship".I think this site is amazing, getting way addicted to it and lovin`it! It`s just crazy how this program can bring so many people from around the world together.Thank you Les Mills.I trained for Bodystep first with Fred Kung and then Bodypump with John Cleland. Both amazing trainers!!

The members are just a blast here and my reason for the "love" of instructing. It`s all for you !! I love living where I live.We have long Fall/Winter seasons, which is great because I like it cold! Watch out polor bears here I come,BRRRRR."Great reason to cuddle the ones you love"

I have been married for 22 years to the most wonderful man." Love you Derek ".I have 4 beautiful children,Kayla 19,DJ 17,Taylor 8,and Joshua 7,and have 2 cats.Love to live life to the fullest and to use very gift God has given to me !! Life is great !!!

Kat :)

Hi Kat

Hope you are well. Have you had your quarterlies yet? You are going to love BS72, our members really enjoy it one more week of it and we begin to mix again. BP 66 is good also the best release in a long time, the shoulder track is a real killer my shoulders just don't seem to recover.

Hi Kat

Hope all is well. How are you and your participants are enjoying BS 70, ours loved it. BS 71 is just as good, we introduced the first 6 tracks last night and were well liked by all. The orientation starts differently the transition between tracks 2 and 3 is lonnnng but that's ok as it flows well track 5 is a real butt and quad killer (I think so anyway) and track 6 will have all huffing and puffing by the end, it's full on, love it. Well I've wet you're appetite just enough to keep you guessing, but don't want to spoil the surprise.

Hope your weather has improved, ours is crazy steamy, and rain then quite cold then steamy again, lots of rain and thunderstorms. Where has our summer gone?

Hi Kat

Have you recently had a birthday? If so happy birthday to you hope it was a great day.

How's things, hope all is well and that the cold isn't bothering you too much. Hot hot hot hear more humid than hot,I can take the heat but not the humidity, the bones and joints don't like it either.

How are you enjoying BS70 isn't it great so much energy and fun.
