YEAH! You're back. I was wondering where you were. Your holiday sounds like just what I need right now.
I know what you mean about the scales. I relaxed a bit the past 2 weeks and boy oh boy my roundness has returned.
BC 37 was fun although I had to leave after T6 'cos my mate wasn't well. :( Gonna watch the DVD later this afo. I love that kick combo in T4 My butt's still sore from Sat.
I hope LMT gets fixed soon. They're having some serious probs I hear.
Anyways it's nice to have you back.

Hey Tim,
Glad you had a nice holiday - everything's back to normal now - more day job work and first trip to London coming up on Wed.
LMT have got major server problems - I am getting text updates from ck1 - hopefully they will be back up soon!

My assessmnet day was on the same day as Cats but she did hers in London and I did mine in Winsford with Phil Harrison.....it rocked!

Hiya Tim, it's all starting to kick off around here, gotta keep my head on straight tonight 'cos i have to teach tomorrow morning Pump and Combat Yikes! The parade starts at about 2 ish and then I'm gonna watch the street shows, working girls are playing they are brilliant. A transvestite group who lip sink to the whole of a Diana Ross and the supremes concert. Sunday I will be mostly a mess. Bring it on, pics to follow.
