Kia Ora,

My RPM life began in March 2007, After 20+ years as a 'roadie', I decided to checkout an RPM class after a friends suggestion.

It was about two weeks before I mustered up the courage to try my first class, I'll never forget it...RPM31, From the minute I walked in the Instructor made me feel welcome (Thanks to Lee!) and once I heard Londonbeat's - 'I've been thinking about you' I was hooked...Never before have I had so much fun Cycling to Music. I want to help others feel the way I felt that day !

I have just completed my Les Mills Training for RPM and have already shadowed a few classes and even been on the mic, the best part... I can stay fit in any type of weather and never have to worry about being hit by a car! I still ride my Mtn Bike, BMX Cruiser and my Road Bike but my passion for RPM seems endless!

After weeks of research I have just bought myself a BODYBIKE 'Supreme' for home use to learn my Choreography, as an ex-roadie, bike setup is the most important to me. I have ridden all sorts of bikes in RPM like Schwinn, Keiser and a few others, nothing comes near the BODY-BIKE for pinpoint accuracy to the millimetre when setting up. (Check out my photos and you'll see my Grey/Black BODY-BIKE)

Hey Colin,

How is the RPM coaching going?

Can I assume you are ripping legs off for free a couple of times per week?

What about the BB. All is good?

Have you seen any of the Giro?

I just got back from China. Hot hot hot!

Bring on the games. You will not believe how big the BMX track is in Beijing! OMG. 8mtr start ramp and an over 10mtr first double. Insane.

Hey Colin. My pleasure mate. Thanks for the kind words. When people get on a BODYBIKE they will never look back. I know you won't!

Best Wished for the launch. Tear some legs off!

welcome and congrats on rpm certification. the RofT sounds like so much fun. Currently thinking about working towards rpm cert. how did you go about things, and over what sort of time frame. the last release of scooter mountain was a killer as a peep, what is it like as an instructor. well have a great night and keep riding like you stole it as someone says
