GIRL! Look at that hair! Now you know you are styling! Boy do I miss being there... I could have had that "hair" for Body Step!

I always love meeting new BC junkies! It's an awesome workout and more FUN than people should be allowed to have. The very first class I took, I was hooked on BC.
We are launching BC34 this week. All those sidekicks are a killer! The music is fantastic, too.
I got used to sleeping 4 hours a night in college. That gives me more time during the day to play! Not too many people want to stay up until 2:00 am with me, though. :)

Now you know that puppy pic almost gave me a heart attack and in my delicate conditino that is never good. I just knew BC would speak to you! That program was meant for you to get all those frustrations out... no temptation for the Mr. Ed repeater knee!

Give it a few times before you get used to it, i was unsure for the first couple of times. Combat 34 is a killer too, does not matter how many times you do it, it doesn't get any easier.

Thanks for your concern. I have been to physio today and had some accupuncture. Had a MRI scan which shows i have got dehydration at all five levels of my discs. Not good, but i will sort it eventually. Just come back from doing combat and pump, back tender at moment, but it was when i came out of physio.
I am starting pilates on Sunday evening, so i am hoping it will help me with my back and strengthen my inner core stability.
So how are you doing??
