Long time no speak =D

So you hurt your back, what happened?

I take it your luvving Jam, I can't get into it, Attack and Combat are still my passions, but, do they ever get any easier, been going nearly 3 years now and its still a shift!!!!! I went to a launch for Jam, but, felt like a tube doing all those dancy moves, to be fair though, never gave it more than 10 minutes.

You still going out to the filmings?

Your little boy is absolutely gorgeous btw!!

should be back for august filmings, i gotta go pick bleeding fruit for 88 days FIRST THOUGH to get a 2nd year visa for oz! can you believe!! 88 bleeding days picking fruit!! LOL!

I teach only BJ at the moment. I was planning on doing a training for BodyAttack, but now with my knee, it's almost impossible. Maybe BodyStep, I still have to think about it.

Gandalf is as cool as he is on the DVD :D a crazy funny and nice dude. All those guys are so warm, really they are. Also Rach, Matteo and Kili are sweeties! My new big brothers and sistas :) you're gonna love them too ;)

BJ in Belgium is also popular, but not so extremely popular. But I think now that they are playing short videos of BJ on MTV in Holland and Flanders (the part of Belgium where people speek Flemish, where I live), there's a lot of interesse from the young people. very cool ;)

damn man, hope the back injury gets better fella. quicker recovery for teaching!!
Visa ran out in New Zealand, so I was forced to head to Sydney (well, not exactly forced! haha) But until can get bak into Nz with new visa or something, I managed to break into teaching around Sydney which is great. Fitness First's everywhere over here man. Going to try head bak over to NZ in Feb tho for the global summit, just looking at flights etc, that sounds awesome though. Keep it easy mate, rest that bak, the quicker you get bak into combat!!
