Hey Tim,
How is the new Vive program? We have not discussed getting it at our clubs yet. Tell me, do you like it? Can you get your heart rate up?
I was looking through your pics & noticed the funky colored weights that you use for Pump. Those look cool! The bar looks a bit different than what I'm used to as well.

Hey Tim thought id update you on the vive training, It was FANTASTIC, i had soo much fun, and the masterclass we presented and created was a blast, so many people were signing and laughin at themselves as not one of them had done vive before! it was just an awesome experience and i passed the module training. Had a fantasic teacher so i have her to thank for everything.

hey and thanks for sharing your experiences - some participants can really surprise you, can't they? and not always in a good way. Glad everything worked out for the best.

Hey Tim, ive just read the form about vive that you wrote up awhile ago. i totally agree with you on how wrongly this program is marketed. I truly love this program as something i can do apart from combat, pump and jam that can still leave me in a sweet without the high impact. I am about to undertake the vive module training this weekend and i dont doubt for a second that i will be the youngest person at the training, and probably one of the youngest vive instructors around in australia. So many people i have told about vive all still look at me as if they are too young to participate into a program aimed for the "older" population.
Hopefully as vive grows someone will change the marketing for it, for all ages and kinds of people whether it be the elite fitness junkie or a beginner.

Hey Hey!
Cannot BELIEVE you ent gonna be at Ponds Forge! Excuse my language but that's so crap. I'm really miffed as I can't get into the morning Jam session. Gonna watch it or try to sneak in if I can. They put on another Jam but that's at 19:00! Like I'm gonna wait around for 11 hrs from Combat to Jam. Not happening!!!
I love this latest combat. Know what you mean though about drilling people to NOT jump kick! I had that for about the first couple of classes but I tell em now that if I see them do it I'm gonna come and smack them up side the head! They laugh but they do listen. Confession, now they've been doing it for a few weeks I've just started doing 4 step kicks and 8 jump kicks at the end.
Track 5 - Love It!!! Nothing compares to the sound of groaning as they walk away from this track. I used to make them start at level 1 and work their way up but am giving the option to start higher and see how far they can go. It's great!
Anyhu, must get some work done.
Ciao for now

I'm going to Alicante, it's less than 50 km from Benidorm (but miles nicer ;)) Trying to talk a couple of more instructors from my gym into joining me as well. My friend living in Alicante and going to BP classes keeps complaining that people only use the smallest weights - we should really go and show them, how it's supposed to be done
