Profile

Howdy.

I have joined the "closer to 40 then 30" but still want to keep somewhat in shape and having a ball each class. I've been teaching BP since #49 (attending since #30), BB since #30 and BC since #28 so I guess I'm relative new as instructor (it's not nice to mention non-Les Mills certificates is it? Otherwise we can backtrack ~7 years and set an initial date in October ;^))

Have a wife and a daughter, a Honda Shadow and a love for british pre-Benny Hill humour (i.e. Monthy Python, early Penn&Teller, Kenney Everett) & being simply slight childish (have to be a rolemodel for my daughter, right...?)

kram

Feel funny in your hip and hamstring today?

That's called the Post-BB41 syndrome! For me, it lasts more than one week! I guess I really practiced it too hard at the training module....

So, you are now back to your 30" waist and great shape? I guess I'll need to work on my core abs to catch up with you. Still 30.5" and 177cm and 66kg.....

happy BB41!

Thanks for the reply on the Suunto HRM. I think you are absolutely right in that it all depends on the user. While I'm not yet an instructor (am still getting in shape), I hope to go through RPM training next year.

Keep breathing, and call on you my friends, who are still expecting BB41 for another 2 weeks?!

Your trainers got to be kidding!

We in Taiwan are done with Q2, post-training seminar and even the added discussion dinner.

so, I'll keep "Silence" as this new Taichi done by Dave is superb and splendid.

Love Balance forever.
