Noteer alvast in uw agenda, want op 21 juli is een zaterdag gaan we Bodyattack 61 voorstellen.
Niet zomaar voorstellen want we gaan de zon voelen, de wind voelen. Het is allemaal buiten te doen op de parking!!! (allee als het goe weer is he, hehe).

Heeey poezieee,
thx voor je berichtje op mijn b-day, en sorry dat ik niet eerder kon reageren, zit met nieuw vriendje dat mega klikt, zonder internet, en tegenwoordig continu in antwerpen ofwel aan het lesgeven, of aan het genieten van de stad met het vriendje, of gewoon zelf aan het trainen...
maar zoals beloofd, kom ik zeker dit jaar nog is afgezakt naar brussel voor een les van je, ik zag dat pump erbij gekomen is, super !!!!

Hej, haha not much help from you there regarding the F1 : ) How was your weekend? Mine has been perfect, was on the beach all weekend almost : ) 25-28 degrees and clearblue sky, can it be better? Like a small trainingcamp before my trip to Mallorca : ) Here´s a pic from the beach taken at 4 this afternoon... Bye Henrik

Hey summer has arrived to Sweden : ) Woohoo tomorrow I will go to the gym for BS and then to the beach : ) Perfect weekend coming up, and then next weekend even better, I go to Mallorca : ) Look at my profile, 2 new pictures from my gym. How is your life then? Anything fun going on?
I´m very interested in Formula 1, love to watch the race on tv, but have been thinking of seeing a race live. You have one race in Belgium. Is that race far from you? Do you know prices for the tickets?
