YoYoYo, Ruthie Baby, whazzzzup??!! YES girl, we most definitely did go through Pump training together and I had a blast! It's great to hear from you, hope everything's going well with you in da HAM! Wish we could get some more of the LesMills programs down here at my gym, but not sure when that's gonna happen. Congrats on all your certifications, looks like you've got quite the arsenal going!
I remember you being an AU fan, so a big WAR DAMN EAGLE to ya!! Are you ready for some football?! I can't believe it's almost here...this summer has been a blur! Did you get season ticket this year? If you're coming down for the opener this weekend, let me know so I can give you directions to my tailgate so you and whoever can come hang out with me and my crazy posse and enjoy some beverages and some great food!!
