Hey Rachel,

Thank you for letting me sweat on you. However, I have to advise against not showering as I may stain on you...lol

Thank you for your energy and sharing you stories. You are one rockin' UK chick :)

Until next time...

Heya Rachel!
I was thinking that we have never, in all this time, managed to connect for coffee or a drink. Well, now that summer's here, Issaquah is open, and we have even less time, let's try to find some real time to get out! That is if we ever have a free morning, afternoon, or evening in common!

Great Job Rachel! I've never doubted you'd do it!!! Welcome to team RPM! If only you could change that funny accent of yours... ;-) Have fun at the Q in June. I won't be there as it is already full, but you'll have a chance to ride with Dan himself!!! So what is your next program? BodyPump? How is everything in Seattle? Ciao. S.

So, you are all moved in? It's great to get you on my "friends" list. RPM is going strong in Port Orchard and it looks like you are rockin with it yourself. Congratulations for getting certified. Well done! Still waiting on mine. I feel good about it.

I can tell from your combat pictures why people think you are a badass. Your abs look like rocks! Nice work!
