Hi everyone! My name is Roxana and I'm originally from Montevideo, Uruguay but I live in Austin Texas :] I am spanking new to the Les Mills Family> In March of 2007 I attended BodyCombat training and then in November of 2007 I got my BodyAttack certification. It has been a life changing experience for me, not just physically but mentally as well. I have always loved group fitness, actually anything that has to do with exercise, I'm sort of a gym rat :P I love to share with others my passion for exercise and all the great benefits that comes with it. I love to be around people and meeting new......so if ever visiting Texas just give me a shout!

JUNE UPDATE:

It's been a year since I've become a Les Mills instructor. What a journey this has been. If you would have asked me a year ago that this is where I would be now...I would had laughed! I've met so many new people and made so many friends :] What an amazing tribe to belong to!

Daughter graduated from High School this past weekend (5/31):] I can begin to explain how amazing it was to see her march up that stage and get her diploma..and yeah I cried tons! :P My little monkey boy graduated as well this past weekend...he is officially a 6th grader who made the percussion line for Chisholm Middle School....so PROUD!!!


Got my video assessment last night!...WOOT!!!! YaY!!!! got a PASS!! So glad that is over :] I have so many to thank...first of all...all our gym members...thank you for being there week in and week out...you make this so easy to do when you all stand there smiling and waiting for be to shout...Let's Roll! My GM's Shawna B and Christy E....thank you for being amazing at what you do...our gym Director Tricia...thank you for believing in me and pushing me into what has become my obsession! Last but not least...Joella, you know how I feel about all this...thank you for the change you've made in me!

So tickled pink to see myself on some of the video footage of the Les Mills Quarterly in Ft. Worth...and yes that is my tummy on the BC hehe So glad I was not making funny faces or sticking my tongue out as usual :P Ya'll better watch out for Adrianne and Ayteck :P
