yeah its a shame you didn't make it to middle england but I'm sure you had a great time in london.
Well the issue I have and many others have with pump is always squats. I have strong legs and have to squat above 30kg to get a good leg work out. So the issue I have is that in every other track you have a break but in squats which is the heaviest weight you should be lifting you don't have one. So to carry anything above 30kg for 5-6minutes on your back puts so much pressure on your lower back regardless of how great your form may be. The joint which effected the most is the SJ as you said. the only way I have resolved this is by dropping my weight back to 30kg but that does not work me a great deal. But like some people mentioned its endurance and training not building, but what if you want to build your legs? it seems you have to do something other than pump!?
