Yes you have rigth about the shoulder and shest-tracks:-D!!! They can kill you!!!! They are going wery smouth intill after the breake. But after when the excorcise is turned up-side down. It kill you:-)))!!! It is only in the end. But it is so new and unfamilier that make it to a almoust new excorsise. I wos smart enouth to not put on the max. But the normal killed me:-))). Weard. The shoulder is a nightmare to. Special after the tri-ceps-track who have killed the tri-ceps. (can't lift the arms more then the shoulder aloune can allowed)...
