Hi, Sorry it's taken ages, other things keep getting in the way (and I've also become addicted to Facebook!!!) Hope you've been well, things are busy here, my son is on school holidays (and I am too) but I seem to spend some of every day at the gym :-)

Hello Honey!
Ha ha, love people who get hyper! Rosy gets hyper on e-numbers, but she torments me. I don't get hyper, sleep very little so lots of coffee only just gets me going.
BC33 is excellent, I am having so much fun teaching it, right from the warm-up, got a big smile on my face.
UK - Autumn now after a cold summer, cold, wet and windy. would so much prefer to live somewhere else.
How far ahead is Aus? Will you get 34 long before us?
Been a while, I promise to talk more.

Love the song on your profile. My Son was a huge Wiggles fan when he was little, well not that he's so big now.
Thanks for the note. Things are great here in Georgia. It is officially fall, but you wouldn't know it by the weather. It's still HOT!
We are starting to get ready for the next round of launches. That means busy busy for a the next few weeks. Hope all is well with you!

I can't believe we weren't friends online yet. I don't do Wee World much anymore. NO TIME! Anyway, I hope that you are doing well. We are still on a high from the New Orleans Super Quarterly. It was soooo awesome. It's like a fitness rock concert:)
