Hi,

Been going to Body Pump on and off for the last 8 years, but I'm now back for good !!!!

The Power Of Pump!!

I started Pump when I was working in Worcester, and trained at Splash in Malvern. During this time, I was trying to get in to shape for my wedding. In 3 weeks, I was doing Combat, Pump, and Balance and lost half a stone. What really got me into the classes was the energy, the music, and the enthusiasm of the instructors.

I moved back to Liverpool, and then the training stopped. It wasn't till the beginning of the year, where I was turned down for a promotion at work that I decided, the hell with it. I can get back in shape, and fulfil a goal of being an instructor.

So I went to a class, and that's when I knew I was making the right decision.

Strangely enough people had started noticing the change in me, I was becoming more confident and having enormous amounts of energy. That's when the person who came in to do the job that I was turned down for, left the business.

So because of my new mindset, I got the promotion that I was after, and I've still got the ambition for the instructors qualification.

At the end of the day, it's about Determination, Motivation, without the Hesitation.

Bring on the PAIN!!!!

Charlene the BP Queen	I just posted some new pics from the Las Vegas Q (was so much fun!!) as well as some pics from my Father's Day weekend at the Colorado River. Summer's off & running! Also just bought a roadbike - caught the bug - and am recovering today from my inaugural ride yesterday - 28 miles down the coast! How have you been?!

Sounds like you're on the road to becoming an instructor. It's a passion that gives back so much. Glad to hear you're following through w/your aspirations.

I just got back from 3-days of hard play @ the Colorado River. We went w/a bunch of friends in honor of Father's Day. We had 20-25 of us all tent camping on the beach. Water skiing, rafting, riding the seadoo, boating and floating - Fun , fun, fun! The high was 115 degrees and the low at night 79 degrees! Nice & warm! Thankfully the river is a refreshing 65 degrees. I'm SOOOOO sore and tired!! I better snap out of it 'cause Monday has come crashing in!

Jenn	No! As long as you lot keep your mouths shut i will be doing the new one!! just not track 8 9 and 10 - haven't got that far yet! Got all my stuff on sat! i love it soooo much - the best one for a long time!! see you later.

Jenn	yeah, just keeping busy! will get there! i had a job interview on monday down in poole, but didn't get it - apparently i am over qualified and they want someone who they think will stay and not want to move onwards and upwards!! hmmm!! got a few more in the pipeline, will have to wait and see! :)
