Good to hear from you. Yes, I'm doing SuperSaturday! I'm very excited, got my ticket in the mail the other day:)
Pretty busy both at work and home so a breake in Stockholm is gonna be good.

Nope haven't taught a class yet. We are trying to launch on July 23rd, but not sure if the equipment will be in on time. We are really pumped about (no pun intended) starting the program. Yeah, I think the Shoulder track is my favorite too, that and Biceps track.

It's really great combination of LMprograms. I do teach i others classes too, so it's enought to learn when it is new realeses. Phuuuu.. :o) But soo fun!!! BodyAttack is really popular in our gyms. High-intensity.. It's a question about taste... I like Combat better than Attack ;o) Thats me.. All of the LM programs are popular in Norway so I can't say just one.
Weeeeeeeee.. Here it is blue sky and 30°C in the shadow..Really HOT!! Big Hug!
