School has started in the Mid-South and people are returning to their workout routine. It is fun to go "Back to School" in classes this time of year to remind/teach people the mechanics of exercise. Lots of intimidated people will be entering our classrooms so let's all remember that people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
