Qualified To Teach

Summer Vacation is here. That means last minute preps for another RPM video and learning the new releases while trying to find someplace to go for vacation.

I'm going to be doing my video Wednesday at 11:30 at the Perry Hall Club.

Passed My initial RPM training...now it's time for the hard work. And I thought learning chorey for two programs was hard.
I've done one video, but nothing ever works out the first time. Gonna video again soon, once school is out I can really buckle down and get the work done.

New releases are launching starting July 14th. Woopeee it feels like we just finished the last launch.

I'm a music teacher that somehow found herself in the fitness industry. I walked into my first pump class six years ago and I haven't looked back since. I started teaching Pump in 2003 and Combat in 2004. And I just took the plunge and completed my initial training for RPM. I have so much to be thankful for. The Les Mills programs have helped me reach my fitness goals in a fun and exciting way and that's what I want to share with all the members that take my classes.

I'm thankful for the people that I get to work with.

Heather...my silly friend...you keep me on my toes and challenge me and I know that I'm a much better instructor because you don't let me slide by. Thanks for not letting me be mediocre. Here's to intensity....may we never be slackers. I wanna be a hacker!!

Allison you keep me energized and excited about launches. Keep up the great work and unleash your inner-warrior.

Lori, you are my holiday pal. Congrats on your wedding. Thanks for helping me love Jam. The pink flamingo hats are coming out!!

Candace and Liz...you gals are a light and breath of fresh air to me. WOOHOO!! I know I can always count on you to make class fun and engaging. Who says you can't have a roller derby in the group ex room?!?!

Hi Kristina,

Sorry it has taken 4ever to respond. I don't use this too often. It took me a minute to figure out how to send a message:) How's everything going?? Your picture looks so cool. I have to figure that out too - LOL. Life has been busy with my 3 little girls, but I have been team teaching a few classes and preparing to shoot this video in the next couple of weeks. Time is passing oh too fast. Keep me posted with how things are going for you. Take care.

Sherry	Sounds good!!! It's going really well. I have 2 classes on the schedule now for the summer and I am planning on taping in the next couple of weeks...I can't believe its already almost been 2 months!!
