Qualified To Teach

I have really enjoyed being a part of the BodyPump team. We first launched it at our club November 2005, and it has been a wonderful experience. The members love it. I recently went through the BodyStep & BodyAttack trainings. I am excited about working towards those certs.

I have been a part of the group fitness staff for about 9 years. I have a strong passion to help people feel better about themselves & "be fit."

I am also a full time Dental Hygienist. I have been practicing for 12 years. I enjoy it, but fitness is my #1 passion.

Heather	Hey girl! I had a wonderful weekend in training with you guys at DAC. You are blessed to be part of such a great team. Yeah, my calves are still screaming, two days out!
